Stories

For multi-branch brokerages and franchise owners

Three offices. Three currencies. One owner trying to see them all.

This is the story of Maya's brokerage as it grows from one office to four — and how it stays one company instead of four businesses sharing a logo.

The way it usually goes

The story

Day one — Every office becomes a branch.

Structure that matches how you actually work. Lisbon, Dubai, Singapore and Lagos each become a branch with its own manager and team. Staff and agents are invited within your plan's seat limits, and the devices they sign in from are visible.

Day two — Access that fits the job.

Not everything. Not nothing. Exactly enough. Build a role from a matrix of modules and actions — view, create, edit, delete, assign. The builder only offers modules your plan includes, so access can never outgrow the subscription.

Day two — Each office sees its own work.

Privacy between branches, by design. Where you switch on branch segmentation, agents are limited to their own branch's leads, properties and deals — so a Lisbon agent isn't wading through Lagos.

Day three — Every change leaves a trail.

Questions have answers. System Activity records who changed what and when — a role, a lead's owner, a price — so “who did that?” never needs a detective.

Day three — Any currency. Any timezone. Numbers that add up.

Dubai's dirhams and Lisbon's euros, side by side. Each workspace has its own country, currency, locale and timezone. Listings and deals in other currencies are converted with daily exchange rates, so figures add up across offices.

Friday — One company, one view.

A Monday review that covers every office. KPIs, a conversion funnel and a leaderboard in one dashboard — without chasing four people for four reports.

What changes for your company

Questions you might have

Can each branch only see its own data?

Yes, where you turn on branch segmentation. It is optional, so single-office companies aren't affected.

How do seat limits work?

Each plan includes a number of admin staff, agents and properties. You can see your usage and upgrade as the team grows.

Can we use different currencies in one workspace?

Yes. Listings and deals can be in different currencies, and daily exchange rates convert them for reporting.
